Tuning Bilstien 7100's

Just came across the proper procedure for tuning Bilstien shocks; I thought I'd pass it around for everybody.

Now first I trust the advanced fabrication expert shown in the following picture greatly, after all he has graced magazine covers so he must be smart, have great mechanical knowledge, and an all around nice guy, right?
