Trying to find more info on this XJ

Found pictures of this XJ on on someones trip to the Rubicon in 2007. It is the first time I've seen a picture of this particular XJ.

I recently rolled my 99 XJ on 35s and was considering something similar (minus the awesome axles). Does anyone know whose rig this is or possibly have any other pictures?

its got Oregon plates, maybe someone in the NW chapter would know whos it is.

it does look like it has a fold down windshield, that thing is badass!
