me and a few friends are planning across country trip from tennessee to colorado to moab to the hammers to washingtonish (need some good wheeling spots) to the badlands then back home does any one have any sugestions on other good places to wheel

The hammers in So.Cal - check out some Arizona Wheeling - that looks rediculus...

Check out the San Juans while your in Colorado.
All the trails can be done in a stock 4x4 except maybe Poughkeepsie Gulch.
I dont think you would be sorry.
