UPDATE... I changed the trailer light box and it didn't do anything.
The tailight sockets seem fine, no rust or corrosion.
I failed to mention that my jeep came with a remote starter. As mentioned earlier, If I pull the #33(Ignition Run/Start) fuse under the hood, it will cut out all the lights the stay on. Im thinking it can be related but I have no ideal where to start testing...
Also noticed the my driver side blinker light(not on the grill) had a wire tapped into it?!? leading somewhere under the steering column.
