So Cal Home brewer's/ STONE fans

The AHA is having an event in March for home brewers. There will be taste testing and lots of people to chat with about brewing.

Anyone here plan to go?

I already RSVP'ed for myself, my Fiance, Brother, Mom, and Dad.

My Brother, Dad and Myself started brewing at the end of last year so this will be an awesome chance to check out how different people brew.

The AHA National Convention is also going to be in San Diego in June: http://www.ahaconference.org. I went to last year's convention here in MN, and I highly recommend going if you're a home brewer.

I have been wanting to go to this but at 200+ a person, no thanks.

Sounds like it would be lots of fun though.

I thought the same thing... "that's a lotta money that I could be spending on brewing equipment or supplies." I figure that I've gotten my money's worth, even after spending on the hotel room. Pro Brewer's Night and Club Night can't be described, they have to be experienced. I'll give serious thought the next time that it's in the Midwest.
