Just because you sent an e-mail it doesn't mean it was delivered.

I would send your important e-mails with a read return receipt request.

If your talking about rockhard4x4.com, yes, they are great to deal with. Last year I bought a cage from them and they where great to deal with, putting up with all my questions.
