Putting a 05' 4.0L in a 91?

Legally speaking, is this possible? What if I basically used the new engine as a "long block" and swapped over all of the bolt on stuff? Are the blocks the same? In other words, I know the accessories are in different places (ie; alternator) but are the 91' type accessories able to be bolted to this block?

Here is what I'm referring to - http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/ptd/4327067694.html

Legally yes, it's possible. Only problem is you essentially have to use all of the smog type stuff from the 05 in your 91, and it has to be functional.

On a side note, you could almost buy a new crate motor for that price, then you wouldn't have to worry about anything fitting.

From your local parts store, carquest, Napa etc. Even AMAZON, you can pick up an ATK reman long block for 2g's.
