My wife and I came out and visited a month and half ago. We were thinking Colorado Springs but we decided on Denver. We are moving in two weeks at the end of the month. Anyway looking for house to rent need 2 beds and at least one car garage. If anyone can tell me a good area to rent I have 2 boys in elementry so I need a decent school nearby? Also I am carpenter so if anyone knows some one who is looking for help let me know. Thanks

To bad you decided on Denver....there's a few houses for rent in my neighborhood (Colorado Springs, Ridgeview - zip 80922). Elementary and Middle Schools w/in blocks...District 49 (if you want to look it up).

Dude, it won't take long for you to want to move out of Denver again. Most folks eventually move to ... anywhere from Castle Rock to Ft Collins and put up with the commute.

At least that's how it feels when you're on southbound I-25. :wierd: :laugh2:

What kind of work are you looking for? What do you do?
As for living up that way; I used to, now I'm down in the Springs. Colorado Springs has the fastest growning economy in all of Colorado. The Denver job market dried up after the 2001 attacks.
Bolder is a quaint place and is often reffered to as "The Peoples Republic of Bolder". And Nederland is where people go who are too weird for Bolder.
Aurora is probably the best bang for the buck to find a place to live.
