Feel free to copy my steering. I somehow lucked out and have no noticeable bump steer.

Did you weld your radius arms to the beams?

For sure I'm ready pull the trigger on a set of cut and turned d44s or find some and cut/turn them myself. I've never messed with beams before.

I would pull my front axle immediately if a weld on kit was available to go TTB

We got busy on a couple other jobs for the last couple months, but were able to get a few things done...



We got some of the Charlie Brown done and added another tie in from the a-pillar.





We finished the cross member for the most part by capping the top and bottom and outsides.

We started working on the steering.
The box needed to be moved forward a three inches because of the added wheelbase and to clear the x-member.





The new cross member will be hidded behind a factory front bumper.

Xmember is finished. Moving on to the steering. Post some pics when it starts to take shape.

Steering will be built using 1 ton tie rod ends and an idler arm type of system.

Packaging the steering. Opted to do a single swing idler set up.
