Fender Flares on on XJ in RE Catalog

The lifted white XJ in the Rubcon express catalog looks to have some decent fender flares but they don't look like stock (to me) and are definitely not bushwackers. Anybody have any idea as to what their origin is? I need to enlarge the wheelwells on my 96 but would still like to have some semlance of a fender flare.

I think Rustin said they were Tomken flares or possibly Bushwhackers, but that he cut them a bit (ok, a lot) to clear the 33s on the 5.5" lift...
