Colder Spark plug

As title says looking for a colder plug than stock Champ RC12LYC
The Jeep Cherokee Advanced Performance book lists a RC9LYC plug....I cannot find that number.
Can find the NGK plugs.
Would like to stay with a Champion plug,,,But will change.
A RC9YC has a flat seat,,do I need a gasket seat plug ?

I'm running the ngk bkr7e's in my 96 4.6. I forget what colder range champions I tried years ago.


Edit: I used the same rc9yc's but don't recall if they came with the gaskets.
