Build Requirements According to Trail Difficulty?

I know I saw this somewhere, but I cannot find it now. Maybe it was in the registration form?

Could someone post up the build requirements for the 3 different levels of trail difficulty?

That is not it.

Somewhere there is a list of requirements for your rig to be able to run at the three different levels (easy, moderate, difficult). It has things such as you need to be on at least 31" tires to run a moderate trail.

I saw it somewhere, but now I can't find it. My guess is that it is in the registration form, but that form is now closed.
