I'm pretty sure La is part of the Red River Chapter. I don't know of anyone from La that posts here in the SEC.

well let me be the first from LA to become a regular here. i just purchased some sec decals.
both the sec and rrc have LA in the decals, so i chose the SEC because i've lived all over it. (MS,TN,NC,LA) and i have more in common with these states than TX, or OK
