I was there! Friday and Saturday. We ran wolf den, falls dam and dutch john (saturday). Had a blast... I wouldn't have minded the ATV's so much if they were just a little friendlier. Not all of them were bad... Great hill climb at the end of dutch john. Green '00 on 35 MT/R's with the spare...
Thanks Wayne...dealer quoted me 200 bucks. You have GOT to be kidding! I am trying to find something for that tranny on summit or jegs....the Mopar performance pans are like 50 bucks from them with the install kit!

I think that when you replaced your lowers you should have found an alignment shoe in there. You will have to get more/make a thicker shim to go behind the shoe and therefore move the non-adjustable LCA's forward and gain wheelbase. Have you measured the wheelbase? 101"-102" is right on. I...
There are lots of folks out there. Those that I've dealt with and would again include mad4wd.com, dpgoffroad.com, dc4wd.com all great people. There are more, just off the top of my head.

Warranty, that's cool. I'll call tomorrow maybe. Unless its cash back or someone will buy a the replacements from me I really don't need the hassle. They just aren't designed for me and I'll just deal with this all over again...no bashing, just not the product for the way I use it..

I have a theory why it happenned. Who knows how long I had been driving around like that (this is my DD) Because the thread count on the these adjustables (yes they are from Rusty) is so low I ordered the jam nuts some time ago to alleviate a "clunk" over every bump in the road. That worked...
Headlights have to come out. Then there are 2 screws to be removed that hold the hood latches to the front body crossmember. Once the light bezels are removed there is one screw at about 11 o'clock and then the other is perpendicular to the ground up and behind the first (can't be easily seen)...
