Outdoors in the Smokies April 16th

Would love to, but I kinda doubt I'll be ready by then. Still trying to finish my garage, trailer and tow vehicle. IF I did get the jeep done, Harlan would be a helluva shake down run.

Project "Dirt Cheep XJ II" begins.........

Mike, are you using a vac or pressure bleeder? If not, you may want to try that. Sounds like you've either got lots of air still, or something is sprooched in your MC. Surely you didn't do something dumb like leave the rear spreader bars out of your brakes?

    Need locker advice

I had an EZ locker in my d35 and hated it. From what I've read, ppl with manual trans don't like them, ppl with auto's don't mind them. My current combo is 8.8 rear with factory Trash-Lock and front Aussie. I've got a disco axle so I don't even notice the Aussie on the road. This setup works...

    Hey Guys

Glen, I'm planning on it. Need to do a few things to get ready, like change out the rest of my injectors, and build a new tie rod or something. I'm starting to get the Ayers tie-rod syndrome going on. Oh yeah, and figure out that damned 2nd gear problem too. F'n transmission! Dale

    Hey Guys

There used to be a bunch of guys from Ktown. Don't know if they're still on here or not. I usually only go on the bigger rides, so I probably won't be much help to you. My xj's getting to wore out to be going all the time and I don't have much time to work on it, so it doesn't get wheeled too...
