I just order a new Surco rack w/ the gutter mounts from summit racing. Does anyone know if the gutter mounts have a rubber coating to protect the paint? If not, has anyone tried putting RubberizeIt on them or using a roll or spray on liner? thx

When I go to spray my windshield, the left jet sprays very little water and the right one does nothing. I can hear the pump going and the jets don't look plugged up at all. Any ideas? THX
