dude i am so sorry i havent gotten back to you about the conversion 
go to jeep only auto parts in san fernando or scottys in fontana and get a aw4 4x4 tranny and a np 231 t-case and front and rear drive shafts. you will need to make your wiring for the speedo cable to your tranny a lil longer and you will need to get a 4x4 lever for inside the cab you can pick one up on ebay for 40 bucks. then you might have to mod the linkage arm bracket for the 4x4 if you have any further questions just PM me k
