Any pic of the y pipe under the truck? Bettween my 3 link driveshaft and np241 having issues running one

I have yet to take it out and look but can I remove the internal pump and just use it as a sender and fuel pickup? Trying to plan that out so I can run -6 line down the truck up to the motor. I haven't dropped the tank yet but wondering if I can disconnect the pump completely
