how long will that $100 code be good for. I emailed you the other day regarding if you had any pics available with the bumper installed on a '97+ but I might just try and photoshop it. Thanks again
I am just wondering from anyone who has converted their older XJ from a closed to open cooling system what the best wat to relocate the thermo switch is. I read this write-up:http://www.bigoffroad.com/bigpages/bigtech/xjfan.htm and it seems like the easiest thing would just be to buy the thermo...
I am selling my Warn M8000 winch that I just bought a month or so ago. It is brand new and has never been taken out of the box. Looking for $515 + $54 shipping.
Because now at the last second (after I paid for the items), the seller is telling me that he is mistaken and that the TB is actually from a '97 Grand, even though I specifically told him I was looking for a '91-'95 XJ. So I ended up paying for a brand new 99+ intake manifold, '97 TB, and...
I have someone that is telling me he can sell me a '99+ Zj intake manifold, and '91-'95 TB and fuel rail from a Zj that he says will fit fine for my stroker motor I ordered from Titan engines. It is a 1994 motor. Does this sound right? I wanted the 99+ intake manifold for better performance...
I recently had my XJ in the shop due to brake problems. Anyway, I asked them to check out the rear drums while it was there and they informed me they could definitely use replacing (which is probably true as I haven't done it yet in the 3 years I've owned it). Also they said one of the rear...
well, it's an '88 and being a CT jeep I'm sure it's seen a lot of snowy salty winters. I would say there is a pretty good amount of surface rust under the jeep, but nothing of major concern. My dad and I put in rear shocks a while back and I know the rear left shock upper bolt location needed...
I just picked up my set of lightly used (7k miles on them and 1 spare w/ no miles). They are 32"x11.5"-15 BFG Mud Terrains with 15" American Racing wheels. Got them for $500. Not to bad for 5 lightly used tires and wheels. Anyway, obviously my Xj is orange and I was thinking black wheels might...
I have this noise coming from what sounds to be near the rear axle when I have an increased load in the back like an extra passenger or something. Now the rear leafs are really shot (actually almost inverted) so I wonder if it could just be part of the tire (tires are 29" w/ no lift) hitting...
I am finally getting lifted. RE 3.5" superflex will be here within 5 days. My friend's uncle is a good mechanic and is going to install the lift for me. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how long this should take to install with the proper tools. Does it come with instructions. Also...
That's just it, I may wait and see when my friend get's his if it's even for me. Personally I think I will be quite satisfied w/ the XJ when my 3.5" RE and 32's go on in 2 weeks. We shall see.
