ZJ project.

I know its a ZJ......But I have less then $1000 in it so I'm pretty happy. Here are a few pics of the front being done. I don't have any of the back (my wife took the camera) but I have a few of the almost finished product. I will have more up later this week.

32x9.5x15 super swamper TSL
3in rustys up front with spacer
Rear are the coils from the front.

Thanks to redneck and 256offroad for a few of the parts.


I broke the gas door when we had that freeze last week and I have had at least
30 people tell me "your gas doors open" no S%$t

Sweet ZJ. What motor does it have? I always thought it would be cool to get one with the V8 going. Although we all know the 4.0 is adequate.

Its got the 4.0 in it. I should fix the gas door, Its hurting my quarter mile time......The hood i keep that open so it works like ram air......LOL

Nope no gay couples here, sorry if you got excited.

I would normally be building an XJ but the price was right on this one. I have really enjoyed it so far, took it down one trail and found that it does pull xj's out out the water like nobody's business.

And the windows work fine.

Looks good. I've seen several nice ZJ's. I also like the V8 in them...

Here are a couple pics of the ZJ with the front bumper and fenders trimmed for clearance. The back needs some lower CA for sure, you can see how close that 32 is. Rides great even with the swampers, the sway bars being out is another story. When your going about 50-55 without the f/r sway bar it's a little sketchy.
