Just did them today on the 97ZJ. Fairly straight forward, unplug the umbilical cord into the door, 4 bolts, remove door and lay on workbench. Grind the bottom hinge pin and drive it out to the center, grind the top hinge pin at the top and drive to the center. Remove the hinge center and remove the bronze bushings, install the new ones, line the centers back up in the hinge and drive the new pins in from the center, lift door back into place, reinstall the 4 bolts, plug the umbilical back and done. Took 45 minutes and I did need help to manage the door. The kit was from a guy in florida thats on Ebay, $15 I think, comes with 4 pins and 8 bushings so I now have a spare pair for another door.
If you have a saggy door that you have to lift to close do the fix, all you really need is a dremel with cutoff wheels, drift pin and hammer and a buddy.
