ZJ Dana 44 shafts in an xj44?

Only certain ZJ's have c-clips, if it came with a vari-lok or a hydra-lok it did not have c-clips. I just can't remember what the retainer looks like.

That would be a WJ, and yes they are different, w/o c-clips.

his shafts are retainer plate style. No c-clips. I got em' at swap meet where the guy said they came out of a grand cherokee, he wasnt sure of the year.

I'm pretty sure i remember reading somewhere that the retainer plates are the only different thing on it, but i could be wrong.
