The Sac County Sheriff's primary election is going to be HUGE for anybody in the greater Sacramento area. Besides CCW and 2nd Amendment rights being a big issue, one of the candidates could cause us wheelers a ton of money and head aches!

Instead of taking some fiscal responsibility and getting the outrageous spending within the sheriff's department under control, Jim Cooper is determined to make up the budget deficit by taxing and ticketing the citizens of this county as well as those that pass through it. If Cooper is elected, don't be surprised when mud flap tickets end up costing you $200 and you can't leave your garage without getting one!

My vote is going to Bret Daniels for Sheriff. If anybody wants more info... hit me up!

Billy

PS - Besides my wife working for the Sac County Sheriff's Department... I have no affiliation with any of the candidates. I'm just tired of my money and my rights being taken away.

It's consumed a crazy amount of my time lately, and definitely contributed to my higher blood pressure!

Before I had time, I would just ask somebody who shared the same views as me how they were voting and why and go from there.

You don't have to fill out the whole ballot either, you can just vote on the position/proposition you're familiar with.

Many of them are full of it, but not all. Sometimes you do have to pick the lesser of two evils though.

Voted Saturday. Sonoma County has a drop off for absentee voters.

This will be an interesting election season. Most mid term elections are, but this one has an edge to it. I do not recall hearing so much voter disatisfaction with the current crop of legislatures. Maybe it's the internet and the ability to get the word out.

There are people in this world who would die to have elections.

By NOT paying attention and NOT voting. You did vote for all of those who are "full of Chit". That said, if you don't pay attention you shouldn't vote. You also have no grounds to complain, when they are "full of Chit".
