YJ AX15 bellhousing fit on an XJ?

Hi:

'91 XJ, 4.0L, AX15 transmission.

I want to convert my internal slave AX15 to an external slave. A guy can sell me an external slave bellhousing from a YJ with the AX15. Will that fit onto an XJ?

It'll fit fine. IIRC they are the same exact part number from the factory.

You also need the clutch fork and input bearing retainer.

Thanks ... I thought I remembered it being the same. It will come with everything but the bearing retainer.
