Not sure if they allow hotlinking like this. If they do, this should work.

Make sure you get the URL to just the image, not the page the image is in.

What is the URL for the picture? That is different than the page the picture is on? Where is the URL located? I just dont right click on the picture?

you right-click on the picture. then select 'properties.' this will open a box with info about the picture. you're looking for the Address (URL) property. for your picture that mr fixer posted the url is "http://home.mchsi.com/~larstr/wsb/media/407400/site1034.jpg" you put that inside the IMG tags, and you're good to go.
