Personally I would buy them, however, keep in mind that will just move your weak link to your ring gear. UNLESS, you have a manual locking hub kit installed, then the hub is usually the weak link.

A D44 has the same size shafts and joints. Alloys for the D30 is my vote, but all the way, not just the inners.
