Yes I know I am cheap! Ball joint boots please!

Hey guys. I am cheap. I don't replace things willy nilly unless I have worn it out. My upper ball joint boots have worn out and gotten soft and mushy from all the grease I have been pumping in them every oil change since 2005 and now push grease out top and bottom.It is a 1996 they are the orginals! I know! know! I don't want to hear it. They are still like new. No side to side and normal movement up and down (meaning almost nil). Anybody cheap like me and got a part number to a boot that might work out for me (energy suspension maybe?). Upper and lower? Just incase I damage the lower boot when I pickle fork the knuckle off. Thanks for lookin'

I also strongly suspect the new ball joint won't be half the quality the original was.

Search on Amazon for "ball joint boot". You should get a number of options for assortments of boots. There will probably be something in there that will do the job. Of course, the quality of those is also suspect. Once you figure out what size you need make a note of it so you can order another one in a couple years.

I had some boot crack on some GM 1-ton TREs. I bought some neoprene or such ones off of EBay from Bulgaria.
