XJ/TJ width rear D60 with shafts

I have a D60 rear that is XJ/TJ width, spring over configuration. I picked it up from someone in my club with the intent of putting it under my XJ. Money is getting tight and I don't want to go through the hassle. It's semi float. Here's what I know about it.

It was built by Dana to test oils. XJ width is from factory.

It has dana 60-2 ends on it.

I called dana, they said it was "off highway application" and had originally 5.38s in it.

All that it has now is the ring, NO PINION.

I was ready to start building this when I ran out of money. My loss is your gain.

I'm asking $100 obo. It's pretty much just the housing.

I also have 2 alloy USA 35 spline alloy chromo shafts. These have never been used. $400 for the pair.

This is going on craigslist and ebay as well. I need it gone and replaced with cash.

Located in Silver Spring, MD. PM me, make an offer. I'll ship them if you pay the shipping costs. Pics to follow soon.

The shafts are the right width for the axle, but the ends are for a dana 60-2. There are bearings out there that will fit it (you can get them from rock auto) and I was getting close to tracking it down. I was using a set of explorer brakes as a mock up and they fit pretty close on the ends.

As with anything, it just takes some modification.

One option I was playing around with was cutting the ends off and putting on standard 60 or F9" ends. Either way would cost about the same.

The shafts are alloy usa and have a dual bolt patter (5 on 4.5, 5 on 5.5)

I had a dana 60-2 housing I built up. Used regular ol' semifloat dana 44 wheel bearings.

Timken set-10. available everywhere.
