I ordered a 3" lift kit from IRO but they shipped the wrong part and they don't want to pay for return shipping. Brand new, still in the box. This will work for any 1984-2001 Cherokee XJ.

Did you pay with a card? If you did, call the card and tell them to STOP the payment on it.Then tell them why, IF you order the said right part and they shipped you the wrong part.It is on there dime, not yours.

I'm guessing they shipped him the correct parts as well and the parts he is selling were freebees.

Yeah I paid with my Visa. I ordered the full leaf pack but the sent me the add-a-leaf. I called them and they said it was their fault and they are shipping the leaf packs to me on Friday. I asked them if they will be sending me a prepaid label to send the leafs back and they "Kristen" told me not to worry about it - that I should just keep it.
I imagine the cost of shipping isn't worth the cost of selling it.
