I have decided that I have too much money wrapped up in a single toy. I need to sell my jeep to fund a house build. I would prefer to sell complete, but I will part out, so you can ask for prices. I will ship anywhere via www.forwardair.com (except the complete truck). Here are the specs on the vehicle:
-1990 2 door XJ
Axles:
- HP60 front w/ detroit, 5.13's, new spicer shafts, 35spline outers, warn drive flanges, completely rebuilt hubs, and new brakes. Also has Greatlakes Offroad Bulletproof diff cover and Mad4wd high steer arms with integrated caps.
- 14bff rear with 5/13's, disks, shaved, and welded open carrier.
Steering:
- PSC full hydro system with double ended ram "bling version" mounted to diff cover and custom axle mount.
- 1400 series pump custom mounted to engine
- remote resivior and eaton orbital valve
Suspension:
- Front leaf conversion using Rancho 44044's mounted in the stock LCA's with shackles mounted on the front custom bumper.
- Rear MJ leaves mounted under the framerail.
- Bilstein 5150 12" travel shocks at all four corners.
Drivetrain:
-5.0 out of a 93 mustang GT
-C6 transmission with B&M shift kit and new TCI converter
- np203 range box and Dirtybird doubler kit
- custom exhaust with flowmaster 40 series muffler (not duals...no room)
- D300 flipped to driver's drop with 32 spline Terra output shaft
- High angle driveline shafts. 1530 CV rear with 1410 yoke joint and 1410 front two piece shaft with pillowblock bearing on rusty's crossmember.
- B&M Stargate shifter
- 3G alternator (130A @ idle)
- Dual Electric fans (one is the factory) with DCC fan controller
- Custom gage cluster with Autometer Z series gages: tach, oil press, water temp, fuel level, tranny temp, and volts.
- Hellroaring dual battery isolator kit with toggle switch on dash. Only has 1 brand new optima red top right now.
Tires:
- 39.5x13.5x17 Iroks on H2 wheels
Brakes:
- As mentioned, 4 wheel disk with E350 master cylinder and all new brake lines, both hard and soft.
Other modifications:
- WB is ~110". Gained this by cutting out the rear fenders all the way to the hatch and flipping the leaves around.
- Fuel tank has been moved up. It resides in a "safety box" that is 3/16" steel that is flush with the bottom of the frame rails. The box has been welded to the framerails, and a new floor installed over the factory to beef up the unibody.
- Front fenders are cut out all the way to where the lights would be....except that instead of headlights, it has 8" ProComp spots mounted to the front grill shell.
- Rockers replaced by 3x5x1/4" steel tube
- There are 1/4" diamondplate door guards that go to the belt line all around. In front of the doors, they are welded to the "rocker" and reinforced with a strip of steel to the inner fender. Behind the doors, they are welded to the "rocker" and capped to the remaining part of the stock rear wheelwell. I have taken a 3# sledge hammer to them and they will not dent.

WHAT IT NEEDS:
This jeep is not finished. It has never been wheeled. The following items need to be finished before it should go on the trail:
1. Gages and fan controller wired.
2. Hydro lines ran and system bled. I have all the Aeroquip blue socketless hose and fittings, but haven't had time to install them yet.
3. Tie rod ends assembled and mounted to ram/highsteer arms. I was waiting for 3 weeks for Polyperformance to get the DOM tube inserts in. They shipped today.
4. Motor tuned in. Since I don't want to run the brand new 1400 pump dry, I have only cranked the motor over to verify the starter engagement and that I am getting spark and fuel to the motor (it is!). Since I eliminated the EGR, and smog pump, there may be a chance of the computer thowing codes. I used all the components from www.fordfuelinjection.com, and they can provide advice and help if this occurs.
5. Shifters fabbed for the 203 and D300. Didn't get to this yet
6. Bodywork ground in and painted. Basically, everything is rusting in the air, and I haven't ground any welds or painted anything I fabbed yet. I was basically waiting until the end to do this dress up stuff.
7. Rear bumper fabbed. See reason for item 6.

All that being said, I am asking $13,500 OBO. I have receipts including the jeep for over $17,000, all brand new and all purchased since 10/03. I can finish the jeep in an agreed upon time if the buyer wishes.

Thanks,
Jay
