XJ BORLA HEADER / YRS: 1993-1997 - **NIB!**

I'm not sure if it will fit other years.

It is labelled '93 - '97 so I would say NO IT WONT. However it may be something like the location of the 02 sensors that is the only difference...
 
Don't bother. I just heard back from Borla. I asked them about putting my 93-97 header on my 98. They replied that they had done no test fitting on a 98. But since I told them that the 4.0 engine hasn't changed much over the years, they said that it would most likely work.

Thank you for contacting BORLA PERFORMANCE. Unfortunately I don’t show we have tested this header on the 98 model so we would not know if it would fit. As long as the vehicles exhaust system has not changed then our system should fit.

BTW, will somebody please buy stewgod's Borla. That is a great price! :)
 
It found a new home in my garage right now. :) Traffic jam sucked picking it up though. Anyway, here's the skinny for tech reference. 87-92 came out to a square flange. 93+ has a 2.25" slip fit. Oh, the header is 2.25" downtube also. I just ordered a 2.5" walker 15042 cat (no flange), and walker's 2.5" cat back for 87-92. Should be a bolt on with a 2.5" to 2.25" reducer to connect to the header. I don't expect much effort to make this thing work. I will be happy with the loss of that stupid crimp in the downpipe, the borla tube is mandrel bent stainless.
