xj armor super charger

I haven't but stay the heck away from that guy. I bought a renix bored throttle body from him on 05/11 and while he was kind enough to take my money he never bothered to send me the product or contact me explaining why.

I have emailed him repeatedly and given him several alternate email accounts and have called and left him voice mail with multiple return numbers.

Paypal has also suspended his account. Once my Visa statement comes through I'll be starting the process of getting my money back.

I just recieved UPS notification that the product has shipped. 30 days to the T after ordering.

In mean time I have already bought an alternate and don't need this one.

I'm very disappointed and suspect I'm going to have a tough time fixing this to my satisfaction now. He hasn't answered any of my correspondence from before. I don't imagine that he'll start answering new ones looking for a refund now.

Your not looking for a bored renix throttle body are ya? ;)

Good luck getting your core back on that then, if he wont even answer your emails. That sucks man, sorry to hear. I had good luck with XJ-Armor about a year ago but since then I have heard crappy things about them.
 
Stay far away from this guy. I bought his elec. fan override. came with all the wrong connections, never returned emails, or phone calls.
 
it hasn't actually arrived yet. arrival date is supposed to be the 15th of june.

I'll admit he was a little hard to get a hold of at first, but when I did get ahold of him it turned out that he had family issues to deal with. Oh, and he has stopped using paypal. His account wasnt suspended. I got a hold of him using AIM. He seems like a really nice guy. I have bought a K&N filter and air tube from him. Just my thoughts and experience. Later.
 
I've been ripped off by that guy twice. The last time I called paypal on the phone, and the rep actually knew the xj-armor guy by name, said it was a common problem with him. His feedback says the same.

He's not the only one selling renix bored throttle bodys, find "artsound" or "artsounds" on ebay, he has them. I'm running his and am very happy.

that's what I ended up getting. Too bad xj-armor is the only guy I've seen offering a TB spacer for the renix. Off topic but does your TB whistle? What are you doing for an air intake?

my xj-armor tb just arrived today. I can't bring myself to look at it. I left it out in the mudroom.

Yes it comes with a new throttle plate. The difference between the bored and stock is really quite impressive -- If I knew I was going to be paying for two of them I wish I had just forked over the cash and got the Hesco 62mm Renix one.

Yes. I am very happy with it. I am running a stock intake still, but am in line for the 87-90 k&n FIPK later this year. I'm also running 2.5" exhaust with hi-flow cat and a flowmaster series 40. It's no race car, but it's a bit torquier than it was before.

Sent him many e-mail messages asking about the supercharger kit and had no reply. Phoned him several times and no answer.!!!! Bad business practice
 
ordered a flowkooler waterpump from him via paypal..... got it within 3 days....
also emailed him regarding the SC... (if he was gona have an a/c included bracket thingy)
got a response with that within a day or 2....

i guess im just lucky huh?
