She wants to know if it has heated leather seats, Bluetooth, and MP3?

Well, no. The heated leather seats, ie, comfort, might be a problem. Although of our 4 vehicles, I find it the most comfortable.

The potential buyer called me early this morning to ask if I would be willing to drive down to Faricy and have them inspect it. I did and they found:

Rear diff needs overhaul (new pinion bearing).
Rear wiper switch detent is broken.
Left front speaker doesn't work.
Windshield is cracked.
Air filter needs replaced.
Missing fan shroud.
Left front axle seal leaking a bit.
Oil adapter o-rings need replaced.
Slight rear main leak.
Slight valve cover leak in rear.
Diff fluid needs to be changed.
TC fluid needs changed.
Trans fluid could use a flush.

Then the mechanic told me he was an XJ guy and said, "These are things that I have to point out but these aren't really a big deal. Every XJ leaks oil out of those spots." He wanted to know what I wanted for it.

I'll wait for this guy to call me back and see where he's at.

I guess at least if this guy decides not to buy then I have a nice print out of stuff that passed and I can do simple stuff like fluids but I am not fawking with the oil leak issues because it does not leave a drop in the driveway. Most of you know that would send me to the funny farm.

Service Advisor at Faricy told the guy looking to buy that installing that pinion bearing was gonna run $1900. I don't hear any whine out of it and even if it was cryin' a bit it should still last a lot longer. Thanks a lot Faricy.
