Hey guys... a buddy of mine is a YJ'r, and when i asked about forums to look for stuff for sale, he mentioned this place.
I'm looking for something within an hour or two of 17003 preferably... doesn't need to be perfect, but decent shape. I've been looking at a bunch of the ones locally on craigslist, and well... i haven't been all that impressed. so i'm trying to broaden my horizons...
my requirements...
* XJ is preferred, but will also look at a decent ZJ too.
* stock or modified - doesnt matter. don't really want to daily a longarm'd riding on 36" swampers though. springs, or a bb... thats fine. any more than 33's and 4.5" and then it becomes more of a toy
* 4.0 with auto and no QT. i can't remember if the XJ's came with that or not, i had a ZJ with it before, and it was starting to go south when we sold it. rather not have to deal with that and the VC problems
* color doesn't matter. preferably all the same color - although that can be taken care of
* mechanically sound
* rockers and floors need to either be fixed already, in nice shape, or have the price reflective of me getting them done.
i'm in the 2500 range. i've missed out on several by a few days, so i know they are out there. just a matter of finding them. i have cashright now for the right truck... let me know.
