WTB: Stock or aftermarket trailer hitch

Looking for a good, cheap trailer hitch with 2 inch reciever for my 97 XJ. Prefer something local.

If you want to come up to Ventura County you can take the tow kit off my 98. Its totaled in the driveway. What do these go for? $30?
