i may head to the junk yard tomorrow. which other vehicles have the same lug pattern? i know ford ranger, what about any toyotas?

huh? i thought some of the toyotas were 5 on 5. good to know. i did see a set on an older toyota last year at the oceanside yard but the truck was still on the ground. by the time i found a yard dog to lift it, some other guy beat me to it. i have never had good luck at that yard getting help. i really need to learn spanish.

Im not sure on the new tacoma's but the older 2WD Toyota pick-ups were 5 on 4.5. Ford explorers too..... cant really think of anything else.

most of the fords and chevy 5 lugs through the early to mid 90s are 5x4.5 same as the XJ.

I took it to 4Wheel Parts, and the guy working there insists it is an Eagle Alloy 186:

Specs for that are 3 1/4" backspacing... I still think mine are closer to 3"... and, I think the holes on mine are smaller than the Eagle Alloy?
He said he could order one... for $150 with shipping....
I'll keep looking.

mine are definitely eagle, they even say it on the center caps. but that's not to say they didnt change the design a little. mine has slightly smaller holes like yours.I took it to 4Wheel Parts, and the guy working there insists it is an Eagle Alloy 186:

slightly smaller holes? those are way off. that guy at 4wp hasnt a clue. did you show him your wheel, or atleast a pic? how can he not see the difference? the only thing i can think of is that the 5 on 4.5 may have the smaller holes. but i doubt it.

i would guess they are american racing bajas, but the backspacing throws me off. american says their 15 x 8 / 5 on 4.5 have a 3.75 backspace.
