Looking for a cowl panel for a 2000, preferably in patriot blue, preferably without a hail hole in the middle.

Not blue but he'll probably sell it to you for dirt cheap. Tell him Donn sent you, he is off of 66th and Federal. Dutch took the whole header panel for like $60.
