WTB front license plate bracket for stock bumper

I have a 99 with a stock bumper. I'm stationed at Fort Rucker, Alabama, but I have it titled and registered in Texas (requires a front plate). I have looked at the local yards, but it seems no XJ's around here came with them. Bumper has two bolts on the bottom that I am guessing are for a license plate bracket.

With all the people parting out XJ's on here I figure someone has an extra one that they aren't using.
