I need at least a new cat back, including the cat, as cheap as possible, PO hollowed out the cat and now that I have my heep back on the road I need this replaced ASAP, and it just threw a code saying replace

Louder than stock, but not loud. I just put another one (my 3rd) on 2 weeks ago. If you get it now, there's a $75 rebate through Dynomax.
