Have them welded. I have owned 5 XJ's now and had 3 out of the 5 that I had to re-weld the driver seat. Can do it in about 15mins now

I had mine rewelded, we welded washers on each side of the frame on the front to support the bolt holes and we fully welded the rear bar.
