I know your post is a bit old but...
I know in my year (95) the master cylinder, tubing and slave cylinder are sold as an assembly. I melted the plastic hose and had to buy the whole assembly. It looks like I could have made a hose to work but I was tight on time. I held onto the original master and slave cylinders if you're interested.
