I know this is a longshot, but I have tried on some of the tech forums I am on and no avail.
Anyways, I need either an ATT phone, or other UNLOCKED GSM phone to be used on ATT. My gf breaks phones too often to spend decent money on them. Also, is pretty much tech inept and unwilling to change. Have almost given up but I don't like to hear her complain. So, maybe something better will get her to not complain so much.
Here is a small list of requirements the phone MUST have/can do:
KEYPAD - Yes, key PAD, not keyBOARD, if it happens to be one of the gravity phones or like the T-mo sparq, and it has a slide out keyboard as a secondary that is okay.

Camera/Send receive MMS (her current phone is old enough it has no memory to accept better/current quality pictures)

The ability to default/send messages WITHOUT T9 ( She has her own version of words that she spells, and as stated not willing to change)

Bluetooth
Mem card slot, optional but preferred.

Let me know what ya got. Not looking to spend much on this. If I have to post a price MAX is 40$, and this depends on the phone, condition of, and accessories it may come with.

you do know that for a phone like you just discribed, most of them are worth 50-100$ or more to send in to one of the dozen or so companies that buy used phones?

Now if you are open to a older flip phone with just the reg keypad that you hit a #, 3 times to get say the letter B, then you might find something. But at 40$ your limiting yourself and what you might find.

I understand the need for something that is semi disposable though. My wife kills Iphones about 1-2 times a year.

Good luck though. And if you want a bedazzled samsung flip phone that is about 6 yrs old but works fine. I think I still have one of my daughters phone in the cabinet. Free if you come get it. Its a ATT phone. But only a regular number keypad style.

Like I said looking for a DUMBphone. What you wrote in bold, is what I stated in my original post. Basically, something that has a keyPAD that does what you wrote in bold. I'm not expecting anything great. You are a bit far, as I am up in Pismo. But does your flip phone have a camera and can send/receive mms?

Check with Tiger Direct - they often have brand-new unlocked dumbphones listed, that's where I got the last ones I did.

They're usually overseas market, but they'll have menus in English and work just fine (the United States is pretty much the only major market that consistently locks their cellphones to a certain provider, I've found.)
