WTB: 97+ cherokee

im looking for a new dd. back to working full time at my old job and i need something a little more comfy and reliable for longer drives. 4.0 is a must. 2wd or 4wd, obviously i would prefer 4wd but 2wd is ok as well. i would really like power windows and locks. no mechanical problems because i need to start driving it right away. 2 door or 4 door i dont care. stock or mild lift, just lemme know what you have.

It is in Oakland, could possible deliever to Ventura some weekend. If it sweetens the pot, I can put ZJ style shafts in there (brand new, quieter / smoother than u joints) for a few $$, etc.
