I'm on Jeepforum as well and some Huntsville guys over there are trying to get a Hale Mtn ride going so maybe we could just all get together.

Currently I am homeless, kinda, just got back from Kuwait a month ago. However my jeep is just off Bob Wallace down Crestwood Dr. That is where I will be this weekend rebuilding it.

97 XJ, 195xxx on the body.
4.7L Stroker 4xxx on it.
31" Pro Comps
Stock everything else.

Have:

4.5 Rusty's lift to go in (used)
Building Rockers out of 2x4 tube.
Throwing Bumper together out of C Channel.

Sounds like a decent setup, just make sure to keep a SYE in mind, I am intalling mine this weekend and I am running about the same amount of lift you will be getting from that kit. I get vibes under hard accel w/ a transfer case drop. You are welcome to have my drop after this weekend though.

I have a 1" drop for my Tcase, but I am going to be saving up a little $$$ for the SYE. It is all time. Wife has a broken wrist from the accident, and I have a 8 month old to keep up with when I get home

I should be ready to go by then. Got a 6 foot piece of 4" x 1/4 C Channel I am going to swag a front bumper out of, and going to get some of that ready to shoot Red from Orilley's this weekend. Well, most of it is straight again, but my "hookup" didn't get the parts, but al they were from the wrong year... SOOO I beat the hell out of my fender and it kinda fits. Have to weld the drivers door hinge tomorrow, and put most of it together. Then get some 6" C channel and make a bumper.

Just hit me up on the SYE I got mine done, but it took me a while since I had to go twice to get bigger snap ring pliers haha. Broke both sets I bought before I finished too.
