Can be stock, rusty, don't care, as long as it's not peeled or ground down. Just want to have something clean and painted to put on my 8.25 when I do a service and I don't have one laying around. Even if you have a long term project and are willing to send me one as a loaner, I'll e-tank yours and put it on my shiznit and then take my old one, tank it, paint it and send it back to you. I just hate putting rusty stuff back on my vehicle and can't afford downtime.
