here it is it also shattered the windshield it bent the frame. i was taking my brother home and i was tempting to turn off kemp and the spot of road i was going turn on was solid ice the jeep jump the curb and straddled the midden took out a light pole then landed on the jeep I SWEAR I WAS GOING 5 MPH FOURWHEEL DRIVE!

Thats more than 5mph damage, ive hit trees before wheeling at 5mph, and it didnt do anything

I have to agree I work as a medic and I have seen stock XJ rear end cars at 35mph and still drive a ways with much less damage then that.

really it was just the bumper being so badly attached that did all the damage

I'm more interested in the fact that the light pole broke and fell over from a 5 mph hit. Man, that doesn't sound like a safe device to me!
