I'm looking at getting a set of Bestop soft zip-up windows for my TJ but it says you have to reuse the old frame, how is this done & how do you remove the old windows from the frame?

See those three rods sticking down that go in the door ? Thats part of the frame. Get a sharp razor knife or one of those seam cutters that you use for sewing. Cut the seams all the way around the window on the inside, down the bottom and peel off the factory skins. Then put the new ones on, be patient and make sure the new skins are warm and not cold. It can be tough on the fingers, especially the corners but be patient, they will fit over. The new skins are secured by velcro in most of the places the factory skins were sewn. It takes me about 15 min per window once I figured it out.
