can you use a wrangler dana 30 axle shaft on a cherokee??? because i put one in mine and it seems to fit but my powertrax locker seems to stick more when i go to turn

If you have a disco dana 30, then yes. Only the 95' YJ had disco dana 30 shafts with the bigger 297 Spicer u-joints, in the TJ Wranglers they were all non disco dana 30 shafts with 297 u-joints (ie more desireable). If you are going to swap in shafts, you should try for these later model ones.
