I'm looking for for the plastic piece that has the windshield washer nozzles in it. To fit a 97 xj sport.

Every single one I've ever seen at a junkyard was broken, and it's pretty hard getting the hose off one without breaking it too... it is MOPAR part number 5515 4942.
You can use your favorite MOPAR parts dealer - I know of like three or four that people have mentioned but don't remember the site names, the one I use normally has this for $8: http://stores.zmjeeps.com/Detail.bok?no=120327
EDIT: I am dumb. You want the one for the windshield not the back hatch, ignore me (I'll have a part number for the ones you actually want shortly)
EDIT2: You're looking for the "cowl panel grill" part number 5500 8832 unless someone has one in the color you want.

well I finally found one at the local u pull it. got the bezel, wiper motor unit and wipers for $40. not bad.
