Subject: Winterfest is 5 weeks away!
Greetings Midwest Chapter
members,
Our signature event, Winterfest 2017 sponsored by Iron Rock Offroad is a little over a month away on March 3rd and 4th, 2017. I wanted to send you a message and make sure that you were all aware of a few things.
First and foremost, please pre-register. Pre-registered members get free camping and entered in a members only raffle.
We are using FRS radios again this year, please visit the link below if you are not familiar with them.
We are having our traditional pot luck sponsored by Logan's metal on Friday night March 3rd. Please visit the link below to sign up for the pot luck.
We will again be doing our annual banquet and raffle at the VFW in Attica, IN, just a short drive from the Badlands. The BOD is working hard to get great prizes for the raffle.
There is an itinerary posted as well with a link at the end of this email.
